New problem

Ugh....damm embroidery machine ;)

So I am still having problems with the top stitch tension. Unless I dial it way down it pulls loops of the white bobbin thread up through to the top of the cloth. Mainly when a line of stitches change direction.

But if I have it this loose the top thread tens to snag in the bobbin...making a loud noise and a snarl of tangled threads on the underside of the cloth. I stop the print, cut the fabric free, clip away the mess, back up the program the where it jammed (?) and resume. (over and over)

Tedious and annoying because I can't stop watching the machine for a second. :/

It seems to do it more on metallic threads on the larger digitized patterns.
I also think the needle may still be hitting against the case (Need to grin the shorter)

I think I will take it into a service center. Have them make sure everything is lined up and calibrated properly. Replace that damm clip, and hope that does it :/

It seems to be getting worse. Which makes me thing it is due to something wearing. The needle? If it is a needle problem (too long / dull / bent) Well that is a easy fix. (you have to change them regularly anyway)

I will put in a fresh needle and try again tonight.

I would like to get a few more nice prints done so I can start making some bags this weekend. I have a idea for getting the machine to do eyelets for me. I want to try that out. Ideally making a standard program I can leave loaded in the machine.
