so I just got back from a retreat LMU has called Emmaus. It is very Kairos-esque.
I haven't been on a retreat since June 2005 and I missed going on one for soooo long. I am so happy that I got the chance to go on this one. It really helped me a lot in many different ways.
I just forgot how amazing retreats are. I'm so thankful that I'm at a school that has retreats...I don't know what I'd do without them. :)
