The Cronies Have a Dinner...
Two weeks after the mall reunion/get-together, we long-time friends had a dinner at one of our beloved friend's house. Pat (pat452) was generous enough to host a dinner for us at her home. We had caesar salad, Pat's mom's tomatoes, pasta, fried chicken (which I did not touch, of course), mushrooms, and mashed potato. Dessert was Pat's mom's delicious apple pie, scoops of vanilla ice cream, and coffee jelly. (Did I miss anything?) Before all that, we pigged out with bowl-loads of chips, of course. =p Present at the dinner were Pat, I, Jocie, Ys, Jan (the same people who were at the mall reunion) and Rache. Behind that little cut below are pictures from that memorable night. It's always great to have a good ol' homemade dinner with friends. =)

Is this a coming together of the dynamic trio? We are the ones who hang out when Pat's in the States, and Rache and Jocie are busy. Well, that's what we did last summer (and some other days in the past) at least. [Soon, we'll also have to say goodbye to Rache who will be leaving for Canada.=( ]

Backtrack: The Chair as Drawn by the Dynamic Trio in ATC
*Just to share, these are the drawings Ys, Jan, and I came up with one fine day in the mall last January 2nd, 2006. We were at Seattle's Best Coffee, Alabang Town Center that afternoon when I challenged Jan and Ys to draw a certain chair in the coffee shop from one perspective. So we took turns drawing the chair and it was just to see how each of us would perceive/represent the chair. from left to right: drawing by Libby, the artistweirdo; drawing by Jan, the non-artist; and drawing by Ysabel, the architecture student.
