My dad died of lung cancer when I was 17, my mom was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2000 and had a modified radical mastectomy - and is clean nearly 10 years later after chemo & radiation, my cousin died of a brain tumor, my uncle died of a brain tumor, my step-father-in-law has survived testicular and prostate cancer, my husband's uncle is living with prostate cancer, my grandma survived breast cancer & died a decade after, several grand-aunts had breast cancer, my grand-aunt died of liver cancer...I'll stop now.
