Surprised and Grateful
I am really surprised and grateful that people have taken to my latest fan fic Confessions of a Cornwall Grad. Wow! Demeter Spencer was just a throwaway character. She was supposed to help me bridge the gap by telling how Severus dealt with the sexual frustration he would feel during the two years that separate the events of The Healer's Apprentice (Chamber of Secrets era)and Well Done, My Good and Faithful Servant (Goblet of Fire era). Anyhoo, as I said Demeter was supposed to be a throwaway. She didn't even have a name in the first draft of Part 1. BIG thanks to my West Coast buddy P and to Not-Willing-to-Admit (whose SS/AD slash fic Dark Eyes I love, love, love! Read it! http://www.fanfiction.net/s/3838524/1/Dark_Eyes) for their amazing support and feedback. I wouldn't have been so eager to post this if you guys hadn't had my back. Thanks!
And thanks to Whitehound for the Britpicking. I WILL make the changes. I just prefer to do it when I update the second chapter (or maybe I'm just lazy :^) ) but they'll be made. Especially because Whitehound summarizes and reviews everything. I've spent many an hour just browsing and reading. It's a great site.

Okay, Part 2 of Cornwall is coming soon. Honestly. Yeah I know. I"m the queen of long stretches between updates. But Part 2 is mostly written. It just needs tweaking. As long as I don't have (yet another) computer crash, I should be able to post it a few weeks from now. So hang in there! And thanks as always for reading...
