Whooooo! Happy day! I'm typing with a cat on my lap so please forgive my spelling errors.
Mika spent the night at my house and she stayed up playing Kingdom Hearts 'til 5 am. Again. And then we went to bed and slept in until 1:30. All on my tiny twin size bed because my sister didn't stay at her friend's house like she was supposed to.
So it's really windy and cold outside and we go to the bus stop to go to work. On the bus we talk about how Bufallo Exchange is having a great and wonderful sale and how the best way to back out of an apartment lease to have your friend "burglerize" you and tell your landlord you no longer feel safe.
We get to our stop. Mika says "bye" and heads to the Aladdin store and I go to the Ceasar's store. I'm an hour early and so I go to the Virgin Megastore (again) and use the card Lyrik gave me to get CDs (the first Matrix soundtrack and a Distillers CD) and an Animrica and Newtype USA. Which I have yet to open. Last time I got one someone had stolen the DVD and I didn't notice. Bastards.
Anyway, I realize I'm now running kind of late (damn!) so I go to Stage Deli and get some food, scarf it down and clock in at work.
I go on the floor and the first thing I notice is a girl with really cool hair behing a T-shirt display. And then she steps from behind the display and I'll be damned, she's wearing a Kyo outfit! And we all know
who that is.
Windy thought she looked cool, Lyrik said she was "morbidly cute", and Liz thought she was awesome but thinks she may have given a bad impression 'cause she was looking at her wierd. I think Myra, the only person there over 25, was the only one who didn't like her. But no one really likes Myra that much anyway. At least no one on night shift.
So I wander around with xevron for a bit. Her mom/aunt/person who was with her likes the Jungle Bells CD, but we don't have it (though if she really wants it, I can put it on hold for her as soon as we get it again).
So sooner or later xevron has to leave. I tell her to wait a while and I have Lyrik give her one of the fully punched Virgin Megastore free Cd card thingies.
So I was happy for pretty much the rest of the day. Except for when that one lady came in and would not stop messing up EVERY SINGLE SHIRT. Windy stuck me in apparel (T-shirt land), so it was my job to fold everything. What took that lady a few minutes to mess up took me over half an hour to fix. >_<* But then I went on lunch and was happy again. Mmmmm... chicken sandwich....
