[She quickly made her way to Gohl, remembering to take any essential first-aid material with her from her home. It was a good thing she lived with a doctor.

She finally found America and waved, running toward him.]

[ Oh hey vague figure standing in the doorway. Without his glasses he literally can't see a foot in front of him, so he waves back uncertainly until he hears the familiar voice. His face is wrapped up a little too thoroughly. Still, blood manages to seep through where his left eye socket should be. ]

Ah! Hey Alice, uh... you sure you're okay to do this? It's probably kinda gross. Really gross.

[Alice winced a bit, being able to make out a bit of the damage better. She swallows but soon adopts a determined look. This Alice was definitely not used to this, but she was still stubborn.]

[ Now (not so carefully) unwrapping his bandages. From the expression on his face, it's obviously painful, but he doesn't make any sounds of protest. The area around the eye has mostly been cleaned, but... yeah. The socket is a torn and bloody mess, and there's still stuff leaking out of it. Ew. ]

[She winced as she watched America unwrap. She takes a deep breath grabs a cloth. She lightly dabs at the blood leaking out and furrows her eyebrows, clearly concentrating here.

After a bit, when she's finally satisfied, she grabs hold of a small bandage and folds it a few times, placing it on the damaged eye. She grabs other bandages and begins to wrap them around America, gently, careful. She makes sure that the bandages only cover his injured eye and part of his head to keep the cloth there, being careful that the bandages will not become a nuisance.

When she finishes she sits back and sighs, taking up the dirty bandages. She shakes her head.]

You shouldn't worry me like this Mister America.

[ To his credit, America doesn't make much noise during the excruciatingly painful ordeal. Several civil war soldiers had both eyes shot out and still managed to keep calm (true story). All he does is grunt as the bandage is put directly over his eye. His other eye waters up and spills over, but his face remains composed.

Well, until she's done and talking. Then he grins and wipes his face. ]

What's there to worry about?
