[Guess who's chipper all of a sudden? Fuck moping, it's the 4th of July. ]
That's right! Today's the day I declared my independence from England! One war later, I'd achieved my freedom. And for those of you who weren't there and aren't American enough to know this wondrous story, it wasn't an easy road by any means. I was only a colony at the time, a kid still growing, and I had to tear myself away from what was, at the time, one of the most powerful empires in the world. And I did! And now I'm the most powerful country in the world! What an underdog story, huh? 'Course I have to give credit to my people: without whom, I wouldn't even be!
So to celebrate, since I can't find any fireworks, let's set off explosions.
I have an oil drum out in front of Marshall and a box of matches!
