Good news everyone! And by everyone, I mean American citizens. Since Denmark now owns Discedo for whatever reason, I got all you guys extraterritoriality! Yup! I have records and stuff for all my citizens back home, so why not here? Now I need it to make sure Americans get their right to a fair trial and whatnot. That and I need to know who I gotta save and who are the heroes who are doing the saving!

We already have a law system. The vast majority of the city does not recognize any "claim" any country makes here.
