In January I was feeling a little depressed. Mostly because I was stuck at home, sick most of the time, unable to do the semi new year's resolutions I had made. I've been feeling a lot better lately. Have you thought about taking protein shakes? It may help with the bulking up without eating more meat.

There's also a lot of catholics at my work, so it's something I can be reminded of. I know I'm not being super hardcore, but i think I'm getting some mild self betterment.
I tried to get protein powder last weekend but the place was closed. I plan to start with the shakes though.
