Lawyers who don't know the law and fabricate additional powers for the judicial branch (i.e. pull them out of their ass) is one of the main reasons why we have a judicial crisis in this country.

Look at this season's The Apprentice. Half of them were lawyers. Annoying.

Really? I have never actually seen that show. I certainly won't now, ROTFL, lest I throw something at the television. Almost all the boys I know here are lawyers now, too.
