so, oh my golly, leslie langtry found my post. i have no idea how, truly, but she even commented! i feel star-struck - and like such a nerd. lol
sore doesn't begin to describe. yesterday was a constant reminder of everything we did the night before. we're going to work out again tonight - and i'm feeling much better today so i'm excited. we'll see how far we get with all this again. maybe not so much on the flappy-flying-arms? but on the other hand - that's what i'm most interested in losing.... :P
had nightmares. again. not a happy camper over that. when sleep is a fearful experience, it really screws just about everything up.
