8 days until we're on our own!
i'm going to be leaving for work here in a few minutes. our weather is crazy - it went from the 80's-90's to a very cold and windy 66 last night, and now it's only 54. fortunately, it's sunny out, and the wind seems to have gone away - or at least been replaced by a slight breeze. which is a huge relief. i don't like it being windy.
i was able to read my bible and clean my room this morning. i also made the bed, took out the trash, and made it look decent in here. there's a party here tonight, and my mom is coming. i want it to look nice for her.
i'm going to bring home boxes to start packing our stuff up with. i know that i can pack the bookshelf safely, as well as the closet, since we never use the stuff on the bottom shelves of the book case, or the stuff in the closet. it's just not easily accessible (because the bottom shelf of the bookcase is filled with my favorite shoes and boots).
i think i can also get away with packing up a few more things here and there - food, laundry soap i don't use often etc. i'm really going to try and pack as much of this stuff up as possible over the next 8 days so that when moving day comes it's not a traumatic experience. craig is dreading it immensly, but i am so excited i'm literally about to burst.
it will be almost 6 full months that we've lived with other people. i absolutely cannot wait until we are finally able to enjoy being married ON OUR OWN. :D

oh yeah, and HAPPY FRIDAY!!!!
