(no subject)
the party was on friday.
saturday was a blur. we got up and deposited the remainder of our checks from the wedding. we went to church and cleaned. we were kinda arguing or something, so we got done really quickly, because there wasn't any talking or flirting (yes, we still flirt). after that, i got a message on my phone saying that i had my parents keys to the mailbox (which was true), so we went up there and dropped that off along with the mail (i just picked it up on my way in). we ate lunch, left there, and i think we came home. but i could be wrong. i really can't remember. we played the game and watched 'stick it,' which actually had a lot more depth than i thought it would.
on friday, btw, i went to get my information changed over. i picked up a certified copy of my marriage licence, and went to the social security place. i should get a new card in 5-10 business days, and then i have 48 hours to get a new licence. i hope i don't get the mail late on a friday. :P so, that's taken care of now, and i'm just in limbo waiting for the new information.
i started a new job last night. i'm not overly excited, but i'm definitely not dreading it either. i'm going to call her today and have her put me on the schedule for this week, i guess. i'm figuring i'm going to get mostly mornings, but on wed and thur that's 7 a.m. and that's mighty early. i don't know if i can do it.
i'm hoping this widower calls me to work for him. i think it would be a good position. i have no idea why he hasn't called yet. i did call back the other lady (the one that cancelled on me), but i haven't heard back yet. i'm about to jump in the shower, and probably head to my parents to finish up my dad's books. this could get mighty confusing coming up here. i don't know how much of craig i'll be seeing.
sunday was church in the morning, and he ended early again (yay), and we went to lunch with craig's parents and sister. then we went home, changed, and went to look at the house. we had some hard conversations in the house about the house, but things are looking good. it's a hard thing for both of us right now. we left there and came home. we played on the game for a bit, and then i left for my orientation. i got done with orientation, and came home. played the game some more, and finally went to bed. well, to sleep, since i do all my computer stuff in bed on the laptop.
today, i need to do the books, contact more people about work, tell the lady at my new job to put me on the schedule for this week, and then shower and eat. i would also like to cut my hair today. that's been a wish for two weeks now...
that's all i think. i'm really needing to get moving.
