Bye bye Chocolate...
Hello Kitchenware.
After the last 3 months of crap Ive decided to leave Kokos. I'm sick of the unnecessary crap that goes on there, the crap shifts, being sent home early, being told to smile when i'm completing tasks on my own and not serving anything, being forced to wear a long sleeve BLACK shirt in the middle of summer, working with incompetent people who have taken over my section and just general bullshit on various levels.
So ive found a job selling hospitality supplies. It full time with full time benefits, 9 to 5, fridays is 6.30 but thats it, 1 weekend every 3 weeks, its across the tan but thats okay its only 30 mins on the tram.
I hope i will be happy there. koko's is just about to become a large chain and it just feels like we are turning into macdonalds. i feel the quality of the product is starting to slip now that there are too many chefs to constantly supervise too.
So now its onto knives, spoons, aprons, plates, wooden spoons, toasters, piping bags, plastic containers, squirty bottles, table cloths teatowels, etc etc... and a nice staff discount ;)
And i'm buying one of these -
they also come in red and pink... decisions decisions....
