Good. By rights, he should have been impeached and removed from office years ago.

He's finishing each article by pointing out that in his actions, Bush broke his oath to uphold the Constitution, and "manifestly injur[ed]" the American people, and therefore is guilty of an impeachable offense meriting removal from office.
