My money says that Hillary will suspend her campaign, but will fight at the convention. I've said it many times, but the woman is ambitious, and will say and/or do anything to win. Sometimes this is a good quality, but the way she goes about losing when loss is inevitable is rather disgraceful.

That said, I would not blame any issue for Hillary's defeat. Rather, I would tell Hillary supporters that the majority of the blame for her loss rests on Terry McAuliffe's shoulders. As her campaign manager, he should have known the rules of the delegate races inside out, and as such should have known that in the primaries, the votes against you count even when you win. Of course, the man was never good at organizing campaigns on any level: look at the Democrat record while he was party chair: two losing election cycles that we should have been able to win, according to conventional wisdom.

That said, if things had gone the other way, I'd have voted for her simply as the lesser of two evils.
