BREAKING: Edwards endorses Obama
He's on CNN right now.
"The reason I am here right now is that the American voters have made their choice, and so have I."
He apparently got Obama on board with an anti-poverty initiative.
How many politicians would parlay their supporters and their clout into something that wasn't purely for themselves? I like Edwards. He can stay.
He's giving some his own stump speech, but he whole-heartedly endorsed Obama too. "There is one man who [understands the bold leadership it will take, etc. etc.], and that man is Barack Obama... YES WE CAN."
