If you've been hiding out in a cave the last couple days,
a federal judge has said fuck no to warrantless wiretapping and issued a permanent injunction. So they're not allowed to spy on us anymore - not that they ever were - not that they'll stop. But it's still good. Apparently legal experts are skittering away from the actual text of the ruling... ehn. Even if the circuit court rejects the judge's reasons, they can still uphold her ruling.
Freeway blogging: a short film. And apparently

George Allen's racism, and the national attention it's gotten, may boost Webb's Senate campaign.
AmericaBlog encourages Joe Lieberman to come out of the closet. (Do we really want him to? His true countenance could be terrifying...)
