The Republicans are to blame for this. I know it. Even if the correlation isn't immediatly obvious, I KNOW it's all their fault.

Even moreso, this is all Dick Cheney's fault. I can easily picture him seperating a walrus cub from its mama, and LAUGHING ALL THE WHILE.
