I'm taken with the reasoning, that they have some evidence he pursued Martin. That really does kind of wipe out the "self defense" claim (well, ostensibly - the facts will out, hopefully).
Well that's true. The problem is there's a strongly prejudice narrative coming from either side of the political divide on this, a lot of liberals have made there mind up already, just like a lot of people on the right. Although they hold very different opinions, both mobs are wrong.
Fair point. I'm impressed with Martin's family who keep reiterating that they just want a fair trial and will let the system work its course. That has to take a lot of courage to stick by those convictions in the face of the death of their son.
