yeah racism always works to the advantage of the minority.
i mean, people are always so willing to believe cries of racism right? like, we can't even see examples every day in this community of white people acting like being black is this amazing special privilege and you can brand someone forever with a scarlet letter.
when is the last time you admitted something was racist?
obviously we choose to be offended, because not talking about it will let people know we don't like what they're saying way better than any so called "words."
just like getting rid of traffic cops will end speeding.
so remember, the official message from White America to Not-White America is "shut up and we might not shoot you"
hard to say. statistically speaking i probably said or did something operating under a racist assumption not long ago, but i have this crazy thing i do where i treat people with respect and decency and learn from my mistakes instead of going "no ur wrong how dare u b offendedididid i am 1/16th cherokee!"
