My boyfriend Jon and I just celebrated our one year anniversary!! Can you believe how time flies? I really think it's true what they say...the older you get the quicker time seems to move. Well, I wish I could slow it down, because I never seem to have enough hours in the day to do all that I want to, even though I've been getting up at 8:00 every day! For the first time in a very long time I have gotten myself on a regular sleep schedule. It feels great. Now that I have started to establish my routine and I see how much time I have in the evenings I'm planning on getting a job. I am applying at Hot Topic in the Poughkeepsie Galleria. Pretty much the only place I can think of that is likely to hire me with my hair looking like it does. I will be really happy if I get a job there, otherwise it's back to modeling for me. Modeling for the art classes was good when I did it, but it's difficult to hold a pose for very long, and sometimes I had to stay in the same position for over an hour. All the same they do pay $12.50 an hour so who am I to complain.
In 45 minutes I will be heading off to the first a cappella rehearsal of the semester. I am so optimistic about this semester with the group. I really hope that we do even better than we did last semester.
