my mother made me a quilt and my brother a really cool art project that basically represents him and everything (or a lot of things) in his life. i gave my mom a pair of earrings (i cheated a little bit and bought them, she bought a few things too for us) and made her a book. i crocheted my brother a pink duck to replace the one he lost long ago from childhood. it was fun.
my brother is moving to colorado the day i fly back to santa barbara.

my mother just came home with kombucha and this seabuckthorn berry drink that is more amazing than kombucha.
