Beware all ye who enter here: I might complain about a pairing you like. Trust me, it's not the pairing I'm complaining about. It's the idiotic way it's being presented.

I dunno; I always figured a shrine was more for oneself (and the character) than other people, so that part, I wouldn't worry about if it were me. XD I've felt differently in the past, but at the moment I'm kinda like, who cares if anyone ELSE believes in a pairing! I do. :D

(But then, I tend to like really mainstream pairings, even in my slash. Which is to say, usually not something that's CANON, but something that has a lot of accumulated canon moments that show how much they care about each other, even if only in a friendly way. Axel/Roxas is a new type of this for me, given Axel's nigh "I loved him" sentiment in Betwixt and Between, and Sora/Riku is the most adorable best friend slash ever.

(But like, I tend to avoid most Organization XIII slash; aside from the aforementioned one, the only pairing I really believe in is Marluxia/Larxene; and I'll opt for some manipulative porn with Axel in the mix there, or some very-slightly-sexual tormenting of Namine by Larxene. I like the idea of Demyx/Xigbar because to me that explains how the hell he survives in OXIII given his predilection for notfighting.)

Oh, I meant to aim that previous statement towards fanlistings, not shrines. Shrines I think are a collaboration of fanfiction/fanart/media/etc that a person's trying to share with everyone else. Its both for them, and for other people in my opinion.

[ooc: XD I'm a RokuAku fan, 'cause I frankly believe Roxas to be emotionally dominant in the relationship. Though, I don't know. I tend to like tidbits about the pairing other people don't. I kind of think what makes RokuAku so interesting to me is how much Axel really loved Roxas, and how Roxas was able to leave him behind so easily.

As for the Marluxia/Larxene comment, I totally agree. As for Demyx/Xigbar, I don't really have an opinion for it. I'm neither against or for it. For Demyx, I feel like he can be portrayed as a really complex character with just the few moments he's given screen time. XD

Like, I personally don't think he was really ditzy or anything of the sort. I think it was all just one big act, to kind of see if he could say, "Hey, I'm different from you guys. I'm not like you. I'm not a Nobody."

And yes. Larxene would so tease Namine.

My OTP for awhile though was Seifer/Hayner. I also kinda enjoyed one-sided Hayner/Roxas, and fluffy Hayner/Olette. I was a big Hayner fan for awhile since I was in a LJ RP where I played him. ;_; We need to exchange more writing. Yum.]
