http://www.fitday.com this is an excellent site if you're willing to really track what you eat. i've been thinking about my health and nutrition a lot lately (spring does that!) and wondering if i'm getting enough/ getting too much of what i need. this is a great way to monitor vitamins, protein, carbs, fat, etc. day one and i find myself slightly short on the calcium, short on potassium and cutting it pretty close with iron.
