Week 6 progress
NUMBER 22 COMPLETED! The hacking of the flax bushes went very well. They are now a couple of stumps and a pile of leaves, waiting to be taken away next week. It's great to be able to see out our windows again.
NUMBER 30 COMPLETED! I made a chocolate cake in the breadmaker. It turned out fine, except I think the recipe was a bit poorly written, the cocoa didn't mix in properly and it turned out a little lumpy. I'd do it differently next time, but definitely worth trying again. Downside: due to the shape of the breadmaker, not as much icing-to-cake ratio if I want to ice it.
