All my favorite webcomics are ending!!!!

Sluggy; Pete Abrams has announced that he will begin wrapping up plotlines in February, that the next chapter will be, quote, "the beginning of the endgame story of Sluggy Freelance."
Megatokyo; Can't recall Fred Gallagher saying he'll end it, but all the primary plotlines are starting to wrap up, and he isn't introducing any new ones.
Miracle of Science; We are now seven strips into the epilogue. All we've got left is a little bit of exposition.
Dragon Tails; Tim Dawson announced earlier last year that he would be updating only once a week. He's actually been updating more like once a month. He's not committed to it anymore, and for all practical purposes it's already ended. I predict he will soon officially quit.

Those are and have always been my top four comics. Now let's take a look at my close-to-favorite comics....

Antihero for Hire; Again, no announcements, but Mark Shallow is moving the plot along at a pretty good pace. Never thought that would make me SAD.
Ctrl+Alt+Del; Tim Buckley doesn't mean to stop anytime in the foreseeable future. Yay!
The Whiteboard; He isn't stopping, but his update schedule has always been irregular, so I don't get as much of his funniness as I'd like.
Misfile; Chris Hazelton is actually introducing new elements to the plot, so he's still probably in the beginning or early middle of his planned story.

Of the remaining comics that I read, we have....

Irregular Webcomic; Intends to move on to something else soon.
Todd and Penguin; Still going, but almost never updates.
No Pink Ponies; See Todd and Penguin.
Kevin and Kell; No sign of stopping. Ironically, of all the webcomics I follow this is the one I would least miss if it ended.

So I've got three comics that are updating regularly and won't end soon. Three out of twelve. ARRRRGGGGHHHH!

Of course, "soon" for a webcomic usually means a year and a half. So I'll probably find some new ones. I'm still going to sulk though.
