Been a while
Its been many a day since i last posted on this thangy. I still read it pretty regular, but fail to write as i have taken up the pen and paper version, which is better for my eyes and my soul. However, since it is the season and I am home in the hole of stevens, i will let you all know whats going on with me.
I just spent my whole day with 11 members of my family is a stretch excursion limousine, drving around yamhill county, OR visiting vineyards and winetasting. Good fun. Christmas was alright, the older i get, the less i enjoy the whole schabang. My mother is just too into it and always looking for someone to ruin her day. Naturally, since ive been ruining her days since i was born, she always chooses me. Ridiculous. But i did get a water filter, an MSR whisperlite, and silverware. Between the three persons living in my apartment, we only have three spoons. about seven wooden spoons, but only three eating spoons.
I got sick today. Ive got that painful raspy cough with the phlegm down at the bottom. Tasty. Ive been deciding whether or not i was gonna go to B-ham for the new year, but since i saw Shlee's post, ive decided I will. I just need to get out of skamania county for a minute and enjoy my vacation. Its really good to see my whole family together though. It had been a full twelve months since i saw my brother. Hes still weird as ever.
So tomorrow me and darb leave for Seattle. She has given me her ID so now i can get into bars, but for me its not the drinking. Ive never been a heavy drinker. I needed it so i could see music in arcata, because bars are the only places that ever have music, aside from the trey show. I saw Trey Anastasio in Eureka, and found out the next day he had been arrested under the influence and in possession of like twelve prescriptions that were not his. Poor trey. you played like grillin in Vegas with Phil, but i guess Phil could probably do that to anyone. It was a good show in Cali too, i greatly enjoyed it, but they all told me and i didnt believe. Now i cant deny. But anyways, now i can see shows i actually want to. HILLSTOMP!
