Hi, guys! So I'm back. Sort of. Still haven't taken it in to get fixed, because I really can't afford to, but my computer is running, and I can get online.
Now when I turn it on, though, I get a message saying my hard drives parameters are, to paraphrase here, out of whack. Has anyone had this happen, before? Is there anything I can do to fix or eek more time out of my hard drive? Maybe something to get the damn message to go away?
It's weird - for 2 reasons - I got the hard drive replaced last year, and also because it is running relatively fine for an older computer. Thoughts? Ideas?
I'm kinda desparate here - I have no problem using the library's computer lab for stuff, it's just that right now, I really, really want to start on my heart of Gold stuff, and without a computer to use for them, I'm sorta up the creek without a paddle. In other words, I want to put GIMP back on so I can start stuff already, I just don't want my computer to die when I do it.
So basically, I'm back, I can (now) get challenges in, even though I made stuff for the last 2 that I couldn't turn in. I'll post them... later, I guess.
So I'm back, but I'm uber-cautious with what I do online now, until I can figure something out. Hope you guys had a good week!
