Travis was.. devestated. He wasn't crying anymore. But he wouldn't come out of his room. They, Yasmine and Austin, would peek in to see if he was alright. He was just curled up in a ball facing the wall.
Yasmine let him stay home with her.
Zeke was just as bad, but he was still able to function right. He was still able to talk to people, but not much. Still able to eat, though it was mostly for show.
So when Zeke went to school a few days later after the break up. People looked at him with worried glances. He had bags under his eyes, his skin wasn't 'glowing', as some people put it. His hair was unkept. He just plain looked dead.
When lunch rolled around, his friends were panicked. He just set his tray down, pushed it away from him and laid his head on his arms.
"Zeke, what's wrong?" He just shrugged. "Where's Travis?" Zeke visibly tensed. "Did something happen to him?" Farrah said with panic.
Zeke rolled his head to the side to look at her. "We... We broke up."
Farrah shared a look with the rest. "Why?"
"He..."
"..Connor.." Travis sighed in his sleep.
Zeke sat up and looked down at Travis with wide eyes. At first he was shocked and concerned because Travis has dreams of Connor hitting him, but that sounded more... plesant. Zeke got mad.
He shook Travis. "Wake up now, Travis." Travis rolled over to face away from Zeke.
"Jus' five more mintues." Zeke shook Travis harder. Travis flipped back over and opened his eyes a little. Sleep still trying to over take him.
"Why did you.. I don't even know what to say." Zeke got out of bed. "You're thinking of him? Of all people? What's wrong with you?" Zeke was pacing back and forth.
Travis sat up and rubbed his eyes. "What're you talking about?"
Zeke turned and faced him. His face held an emotion Travis hasn't seen of his face before. "I'm done." Travis' eyes narrowed in confusion. "We're done." Zeke clarified. Travis could feel his heart pounding.
"W-What? No. I'm sorry for whatever I did. I-" Zeke held up a hand; silencing him.
"We're done, Travis." He left the room.
"Are you serious?" Zeke sighed and rolled his head again so his face was towards the table. "You're taking him back."
Zeke shook his head. "Why not?" Zeke picked his head up.
"He was dreaming about Connor." Farrah resisted the urge to smack him.
"You get sexul release from naked women in magazines." Zeke's eyes widened at Shay. "Whatever he was dreaming, wasn't sexual, or it would have been 'showing'. Maybe it was a memory from when Connor was nice to him." Zeke opened his mouth to say something. "What you're doing with those magazines is a lot worse."
"I.."
"She got you there." Zeke glared at Oliver. "Hey. You were the asshole that over-reacted and broke up with him." He sighed. "I remember when Connor broke up with Travis. He did it because he knew Travis'd beg him to take him back. That was the plan." Farrah, Ammilia, and Zeke looked at him in horror. "It was terrible. He did it in front of some of our party friends. Travis tried so hard not to cry."
"Everyone was laughing at the way Travis' voice shook when he talked. Connor just told him to list a bunch of reasons why he should go back to him." Oliver's face hardened. "Travis ended up giving Connor head in front of a lot of people."
"Why didn't you stop him!?" Farrah shouted, earning a hard glare from the principle.
"I didn't know it was going to go that far. I left before it happened, T.K. told me."
Zeke leaned back in his seat and rubbed his face. "That's why he did that."
Farrah's face turned livid. "You didn't make him-"
"No!" He leaned on the table. "He tried to. Saying he wanted to make me feel better." He put his head on the table. "He said I could hit him if I didn't break up with him." He sighed.
"I'm fuckin' stupid."
