Akanishi Jin

I have noticed that quite often Jin wears skirt- or dress-like outfits... Even when other members of Kat-Tun have "skirts", his is the longest. Sometimes he would wear his shirt with the sleeves tied around his waist, again like a sort of skirt :) Is there a story behind this? Has anyone else noticed this trend?
