soo i realized i REALLY should update this thing, considering i really never do. and i have nothing better to do right now. so letss seeeee....
omg. so, for english, mrs. glucksman made it mandatory to write an essay for this essay contest. and it was about female role models to celebrate like, women's history or something. So i figured, okay, i hear my great grandma was pretty cool, i'll write about her! b/c like, my mom told me this cool story once about how she was like, one of the first major business women, and how the bamburgers dept store used her handwriting as their logo, before they changed the name to macy's.
so i, of course, end up writing the thing the day before its due, and realize how its probably going to be terrible, so ill put in some embellishments and deep, sappy, emotional stuff, and maybe shell give me a better grade. i ended up getting an A-. which is fine.
but then. on tuesday. i found out that i freaking WON THE CONTEST. and now i have to READ THIS FAKE ESSAY in front of a BAZILLION PEOPLE at the New Jersay Annual Women's Conference Luncheon next wednesday. god, the luck i have sometimes...
