Tupperware will melt if you leave it on the stove while cooking something in the oven.
This doesn't apply to everyone seeing as some people have separate ovens and stoves, but whatever...PLASTIC MELTS when gotten too hot...and it smells like ass when it does.
I just spent 2 hours scraping what looks like melted swiss cheese off my range. Lovely.
Sometimes my stupidity astounds me.
