Laundry day and laziness

Ughhh...how I hate working Sundays. It really throws my day out of whack.

Work was exceptionally busy. Surprisingly, India going home sick didn't make the schedule horribly bad since Connie actually takes up the slack and puts herself on desk. Regardless, work drug on...horribly...slow.

Came home, cleaned bunny cages--because I love to (not really)--gathered two weeks worth of laundry, shoved fifteen manga into my bag, and drove home. Forgot that I was out of laundry detergent and had to detour over to Wally World which was swarming with everyone and their mom. Seriously, Purdue mom central at Wally World. Stragglers from the game Saturday, no doubt. Since Original Scent of Tide doesn't seem to exist...I agonized over whether to purchase Mountain Spring or Clean Breeze scent of detergent. My choice was made quickly after I noticed the Mountain Supreme Nasal Pleasure scent was with color-safe bleach...which I didn't want.

Finally made it home around 8 to find that we had ravioli for dinner. Blegh. Mom seems to love the stuff, so I made myself a baked potato instead. OH. Of significant note *Liddia read closely* I ate part of a granny smith apple. For those who partook in the infamous Halloween vodka incident...you know why this is of great significance.

To close out the night, I noticed that one of our cat's tummies was really bloated so I asked about it. Sneakers has cancer and his belly is filling up with a protein-rich/blood mixed fluid and causing him to be very bloated. He also has tumors. So, no nutrients are getting to his body, his kidneys are failing and he's basically starving to death. They drained his tummy last week, but he's doing worse than ever. Mom is going to take him into the vet Tuesday to have him put to sleep. ;_; He is 17, so I think he lived a long, happy life. Still...always sad when a pet dies.

Ugh. The cycle never ends. 4 1/2 hours and I have to get ready for work. Hooray. All-nighters are fun...and Liann needs a life. I don't understand how Sharks Tale is still topping the box office and why in the hell I want to see The Grudge. Sarah Michelle Gellar is probably #2 most annoying actress in my mind. Of course the #1 spot goes to Kirsten Dunst...who goes far beyond annoying.
