Closed
We succeeded in closing on our apartment. We will get the keys (and do the final walk-through) on Saturday, paint on Sunday, and we plan to move in on Monday. Hooray! Yesterday started off pretty rough, but the closing went pretty smoothly. Josh and I can't wait to get the keys and take it over.
