CLOSING
Yay! It looks like our closing date should be either the 10th or 11th. Which means its very possible that we will be moving in between the 16th and 20th. We allowed the seller to stay for five days with no penalty to give them a little extra time to get themselves together, and I can't imagine they would stay any longer than that because they could get a room at the Waldorf=Astoria for the daily penalty they would be paying us to stay after the five day period. I'm hoping they don't actually need the five days. We did draw this up over three months ago.
I can't wait. We've started packing already. The kittens love playing with the boxes-it doesn't matter whether they are flat, full, empty, or leaning against the wall. Every box is appreciated.
