Writer's Block: A literary masterpiece
The "Dark is Rising" sequence by Susan Cooper, the Chronicles of Narnia complete series by C.S. Lewis, the Harry Potter books, and anything by Diana Wynne Jones. There are so many things I could name! These are books that I would read when they are in the eight plus age range. I'm not sure what to read to younger children, and I have many to read to older children (including all of these, which I love as an adult).
