I should know better than to comment on how fast my mother can read a book.
She just bought the latest Dean Koontz novel yesterday. She started reading it today. She's damn near finished with it.
My mom likes Dean Koontz. She owns every damn novel he's ever written.
Of course, my stepdad is about the same way with Stephen King. And I have the complete collection of Edgar Allen Poe. -loves Poe- Now I need to get caught up on my Tolkien . . .
Yes. I look books. I'm such a geek about them. I like looking at dictionaries. I have a pocket dictionary that I bought five/six years ago that I refer to religiously. I'll tear my room apart to find it before I use the other dictionaries that I own.
