A lot of the medical words I encounter every day aren't found in the English dictionary, some of them not even found online. In patient charts and operation schedules, people don't care about grammar, or sentence structure, or spelling.  People don't even care about legible handwriting, that people *ahem ahem* who seek info depend on context clues ( Read more... )

Most surgeons are nice. People in our school's hospital are generally acceptably OK, if not nice.

But then, I have to remember that sometimes, we get to have outsiders in the team. Sometimes, these med people need higher facilities to perform the more delicate operations. Our school's hospital caters to such.
