Name the five most obscure things you know, and tell us why or how you learned them.
1. I know what Breaker Street's song "Queen Bee" is really about. And since I love watching fans argue over which one of them is right and why everyone else is wrong, I'm not going to tell anyone just what Da was writing about. Hah. Since Da wrote it, you think maybe that's why I know? Or could be that--nah, that'd be telling. Bi ciuin is Gaeilge for 'be quiet' and sounds a lot like 'bee queen' in English especially if you're a three year old trilingual moppet. He wrote a song using all of my mangled babby babble, that's all.
2. That sliced cheese will stick to a ceiling when wet. Obviously, I have done this.
3. You can take a girl that is 4'11", weighs about 85 pounds, stuff her in a standard garment bag and hang her on the back of a bedroom door and it will take roughly five minutes for her to start to curse violently. Seven minutes before she screams and ten minutes until there's begging and pleading. Hi, Chuck. I love you.
4. That leprechauns make excellent skipping stones when you visit Galway Bay.
