I have a presentation today. Quite frankly, I have no idea how it's supposed to last longer than five minutes. If I talk slowly and assume everyone's an idiot (which I think is the default assumption for presenters?), I can easily stretch to ten though. Still, I really don't have much to say.
...I wouldn't be very stressed about the presentation if the new head of the bureau wouldn't be sitting in. I just need to find a tactful way of saying their shit sucks, and this is why. (Or since she's just transferred in, maybe she won't mind me saying that their shit sucks.) (I am not actually going to say that their shit sucks. 'Needs improvement' is probably my grand motif.)
And I need to send everyone a goodbye email, fuck. I don't have much to say there either, except for HAVE A NICE LIFE!
They're also throwing me a farewell party. As much as I appreciate free food, I think I've already run my social energy reserves dry, so we'll see how lively I can be for that.
I also have a meeting with my boss' boss' boss this morning. I have no idea why. I don't think it's because I'm in trouble or anything, but seriously, why can't I just have a quiet last day where I get to drink my coffee and chillax?
ETA: Meeting with boss' boss' boss was just an exit interview. I am vaguely flattered to be the only intern that got one, and I think it went well. On the other hand, jesus, why not talk to the others, hey?
