I'm so tired

I really just don't know how I keep going. Everyday is just one disaster after another. I can't do this any more. Every night I go to sleep hoping I won't wake up and have to do this all over again. When will it end? I need help and there is no one there. I need taking care of myself. Please, God. No more. Please.
