Photos from Gananoque
Um, this will be interesting, the first time I've posted images since LJ reorganized Scrapbook. Some of the changes I really like, some are extremely annoying -- I can't figure out how to re-order the images in the gallery, for instance, so these pics are out of order. And from previewing the post, I see that the images are a) huge, and b) none of the text/captions are showing up. Urrrrgh. Maybe I'll edit this if and when I figure out how to fix this stuff, because it's thoroughly annoying that all that text I spent far too long typing in has just disappeared. (edit: based on what I've read, it seems like this is intentional and perhaps can't be changed.) LJ--!!
Anyway, last weekend I went to Gananoque (near Kingston, Ontario) for the family reunion. I had a good time. Feel free to ask about anything, because the descriptive text is not showing up.
Many of the photos are from a boat tour we took of the Thousand Islands. Unfortunately my camera ran out of juice before the trip was over, so there are no pics from Kingston -- but we only visited for about an hour anyway. I'd like to go back again sometime.
It might actually be more rewarding to go to the gallery itself. That way you can see the descriptions and non-gigantic photos...but it requires you guys to click through everything individually, which is stupid and time-consuming. Really not impressed with the new Scrapbook so far.
