I just remembered I had a folder of scans dedicated to Top retcons (to someday illustrate stuff like this essay). And then I realized that he's now been entirely retconned out of existence, so it's of no use anymore. So I deleted it. What's the point?

I've written the rough draft of the letter I'm sending to DC. It's polite, but not very happy.
