Hey everyone...it's been WAY too long since i last updated, so i figured i woudl tell you how school is going and all.
So as everyone knows, school is STRESSFUL! so since the beginning, my brain has remained a big ball of mush. In just 5 weeks, we have learned so much.
~ Opening/closing units,Health history update, vital signs, intra oral/extra oral observations, Dental charting, Dispensary work, amalgam fillings....and today we practised putting on the Dental Dam. For those of you who do now know what a dental dam looks like..here is a picture if you are inteseted.

That is just what we have been doing in clinic so far. There is still my acual classes. Professionalism/communication ( which is F*king RETARDED! ) dentition, head and neck anatomy, prevention, and client assessment.
Hot diggity!...so much :(
I'm doing well though, it's alot of fun...sometimes frustrating. Next week we get to work with the Dental Hygienist by assisting them ( we get to work with actual clients! WEE! *is happy* )
I need to learn how to cook a turkey. As stupid as that sounds...i really don't know how to do it. I bet it's really simple, but I just hate cooking...so i don't think i could get motivated to do it.
I feel bad for not getting in touch with you guys. I'm even hard to get a hold of these days because i spend most of my days at school. I still need to call my manager to tell her that i won't be able to work weekends because of school :S. I was suppost to call the first week of school...woops.
So everyting is swell. Aydin and I are happy, survivin...etc. It's getting cold up here in PG. This morning while waiting for the bus, it was -6 degrees. We have been looking out for the northern lights...nothing yet.
Oh and moose update!....still havent' seen one :(. Whenever we are with our friend paul, i ask if we can go moose driving. He does, but it doesn't help that he has animal whistles on his car. If you go over 50, it gives off this really high pitched squeal that no human can hear.
Well, this is all im going to write for now. I will try to update more often...but since i haven't done so for awhile, and you want to know what else is going on, ask me questions :) i like replies..and i'm going to try my dang hardest to reply back to you guys. I want to keep in contact with you all.
Okay, have a good rest of the week mis amigos!, i'm off to study for tomorrow quiz..and then off to study for my 3 quizzes on tuesdays * is going to die*...no long holiday for me.
