Greyhounds *WOOF* *WOOF*
OK...first things first..this post is not about dogs :P
Today the Perak Cricket Association hosted a friendly match with the Ipswich Greyhound's Cricket Club. It was awesome getting to meet the mat sallehs and see some better quality cricket. Perak was represented by mostly schoolboys. My dad played too! It's been quite some time since I last saw him played. He's still good but yea a little rusty. Greyhound's batted first and took the game with 132 runs. Perak only managed 80 runs. Not bad for schoolboys actually. All in all...good effort from everyone and oh yea there's this Andersonian, Iman, who played exceptionally well. He not only bowled well, he batted well too scoring 40 runs. The highest in this match! Bravo!
Hehe...I'm very happy that I got to watch today's match and got to know some players from Greyhound's. One of them was Philip who was doing the scoring for the visiting team. Another is David, who unfortunately lost his wallet. Very very careless of him though to leave his wallet lying around. What bad luck! But still it was a great outing today! One more thing...I'm a little sunburnt...especially my right hand...seriously it's a darker shade than my left hand now...*sigh*
