(no subject)
Okay, I love Eli, Isaac, and Ronen. Eli and Isaac have been working secretlyish on a computer for me that used to be Ronen's that has two 80-gig hard drives...and they gave me the miss universe swimsuit competition for a background and have installed side-scrolling games and games from my childhood. Eli also made the screen refresh at a higher rate so it would be easier on my eyes, and optimized the sound settings for quality. Also, the monitor has a built-in microphone. :B. He surfed craigslist until he found one he liked for me.
I'm still sort of shocked that he went to all the trouble.
Now that the nice bit is out of the way, I'm still working no days off and probably will be for a while...but if it amounts to 22 hours of time and a half I don't think I'll complain too much.
Ronnie got fired for breaking things and having a sucky attitude. : \
And I got invited to a Thanksgiving party? Who does that? I don't mean like, "Let's git togethar an' eat turkey," I mean like, "YEEEAAAHHH IT'S FUCK-ING THANKSGIVING, PASS THE BEER BONG."
Bunch of Brazilian weirdos. I might go and just take pictures of them at their most ridiculous. I love my store manager at Brookline, Jardel. 'Here I Go Again' by Whitesnake was playing (if you don't know it please go project playlist it, becuase this will be ten times funnier if you do know the song at least a little)
Anyway, it was playing, and he started going in his thick accent, totally tunelessly, 'Here I go again on my own, I'm gonna eat your kids and steal your lawn gnome, the lonely road is where I'm gonna flooooat.' And I was like Jardel, that's not how it goes.' and he goes 'Anastasia, I love you, but I fucking kill you. I am not so wrong, ever. Okay?' and I just started laughing and I go 'Okay, Jardel.' and he says 'Here I go again for my bone, I was never told I'd grow to be so old, somebody's toe is what I'm living foooor.'
And they renamed the assistant managers 'Team Leaders' and Greg (Team Leader) was throwing a fit about it, and Jardel yelled 'Would you rather be a Spice Girl? I can do that for you, Greg, because I love you.'
Also, this guy Marco calls me shoosha or shosha, does anyone know what it means?
Yeah, so my schedule looks like this:
Sunday: 4 - 9.30 Harvard Sq.
Monday: 4 - 10.30 Brookline
Tuesday: 4 - 10.30 Brookline
Wednesday: 4 - 10.30 Brookline
Thursday: 10 - 4 Harvard Sq. 4 - 10.30 Brookline
Friday: 4 - 2 Harvard Sq.
Saturday: 4 - 11 Harvard Sq.
Sorry this post is erratic. My brain doesn't work so well anymore and all I do is work, eat, and sleep...so -_-; I mean, sometimes I go to the library and listen to music and read and czech my email. And AIM once every two weeks. That's gonna chaaaange thoooough now that I have my computerrrr. You'll all be seeing more of meee.
Ooh, and Mason's Maggie left me a comment on MySpace. Loreloony, do you remember me friending her? I didn't think I did, but I probably did.
