You seem distinctly wonderful. I found you through iamkatia's journal, and after perusing through yours... wow, another great writer. May I friend you?

I am a poet, a writer, whose eye and heart Nature is capturing constantly. I don't really have an age, either being very young or very old. My loves are language (I took Latin for four years plus some, Spanish for two years (and a month foray into Guatemala), and French next semester), music (almost anything except pop, R&B, hip hop and country/western). I play the guitar, and I sing old-time, Appalachian mountain type songs (think Allison Krauss).
I'm a crazy-pants wearer and maker, wonderfully writing elf who thinks her closest friends are the neatest people ever, and loves taking long walks in the early morning or afternoon.

My dear, I do believe we're lost twins on some level. I have an elf-self-photo I'll post sometime.
If you hunger for words and nature, I would that you look at my dear friend, muse's journal. She is a tapestry of tongue and trees; Clotho, Lachesis, and Atropos weaving a harmony seen in everything that is Life. Just tell her I sent you.
I envy that you play the guitar. It's a skill I've never acquired, but long for. I'm near fluent in Spanish; I lived in Puerto Rico for a year and still long to return somewhere I can speak the language daily and truly call myself bilingual. Well met, my friend... well met.
I need to make another one-- that's about two years old. And my hair looks like of solid like that because I had to shrink it from its original size for another site.
Thank you for the link. I will definitely check her out.
Ah.. well, it's because when I was about 8, because both of my parents play instruments (dad= guitar, fiddle, accordian, mom=fiddle, some guitar, some piano) they asked me to pick one. I started with the piano, but I didn't get into it. My Baby Taylor though, that I love.

And tell me about yourself?
