bored...
im sitting here in marine and its only 2:00 and im SO BORED. we're watching review videos and they're dumb b/c we've seen them before...very redundant. haha. redundant. its silly b/c no one is watching them anyway--we're just doing our own things. im huuuungry! i wanna go home and eat some real food. i bought some fries for lunch thinking they'd be all hot and soft and easy to eat, but NO they were cold and hard and i couldnt eat them very well. ugh.. i hate not being able to eat regular food. Mr. T bought us bagels this morning to eat during exams. it was really nice but i couldnt eat one!! i had to drink my nasty yogurt smoothie thing instead while everyone else ate yummy bagels and cream cheese! :-( booo. surgery sucks--dont let anyone tell you otherwise. i've been in such a bad mood lately. partly b/c i have senioritus and also b/c im sore and hungry all the time. annnnd i have a headache that doesnt seem to want to go away reguardless ofthe advil i take. but what can you do? maybe ill feel better after midterms.
we had guys and dolls practice again last night. its not as overwhelming as i thought it would be. atleast, not yet. im having a good time with it b/c i feel like im apart of the show in a big way. i feel important! :-) sure, id like to be in it and sing and dance, but getting my jaw realigned was probably more important than being center stage. haha...but the ppl jeff and ms. hardin cast for the parts are perfect-- Phillip (my baby :-) ) plays Nathan Detroit and he sounds sooooo good singing his songs and reading and stuff. Jordan is so PERFECT for his role...i CANT get over it--he's cocky and smooth--EXACTLY like the character he's playing, Sky Masterson. it cracks me up how jeff didnt even know him, yet he cast him so accurately. its the same w/ Maddie and Ashleigh...Madison is just like her character, Sarah, and Ashleigh...shes just so funny w/ that stupid voice Adelaide has. haha...im soo excited to see the finsihed play. blocking is hard.
I WANT TO GO SEE MEET THE FOCKERS. It'd better not sell out this time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
oooh, i almost forgot...i went to liquid highway yesterday to get a drink and my friend eric was working. so since im still frantically looking for a job, i asked him just for kicks if they were hiring (expecting to hear the same schpeal that ive been hearing for a week) and he goes "ummm YEAH, we certainly ARE!" i was like OMG for real??? apparently they're really in need of employees. so i got an application and turned it in and now ive gotta call the manager and talk to him. so cross your fingers for me!! i need a job bad. im poor--i have a $20 paycheck waiting for me at the racquet club and that just aint gonna cut it anymore! im TOO high maintenance...haha. im joking, i swear.
